It is a strong shiatsu action which is nice but the upper fingers are a bit too narrow causing pain unless I back it off a bit
I bought this based on the ratings and honestly it doesn’t even massage your shoulders where you need it to. I do like the heat setting but you can’t sit on the couch with it because it doesn’t sit right
